About
Systems, Strategy & Practical OpportunitiesI’m Teri. After 15+ years turning messy operations into systems that work, I left a six-figure Head of Operations role to do this on my own terms, for the people and places usually overlooked.
My work sits where strategy, technology, and AI meet: I find what’s costing you time, money, or opportunities and build the systems to fix it, ready-made or custom, with training so they actually get used. Got the vision but the “how” trips you up? That’s where I come in.
There’s more than one way in, hands-on systems for businesses and organizations, or The Wealth Circle for people across the Caribbean and beyond building income from their skills. Whatever brought you here, welcome; this is my story.
The story
How I got here.
My background spans science, operations, leadership, strategy, branding, and training, the kind of range that lets me spot what’s wrong fast and save organizations real time and money.
At the same time, I was learning how hard it can be to access global tools, financial systems, and online opportunities from the Caribbean. I had to find workarounds, teach myself unfamiliar platforms, and build systems that accounted for the realities people here actually face.
Leaving corporate in 2024 was about applying all of it on a wider scale. Consulting, education, AI, and automation are now different parts of one mission: turning potential into something practical.
The Focus
Business & income strategy, with AI, automation & digital systems at the core
Experience
15+ years in systems & operations, across corporate and small business
Background
Science, operations, leadership, branding, strategy & training
Based in
Barbados, working across the Caribbean and internationally
Beyond the 1-on-1 work
Why the work goes beyond client projects.
For many people, the problem was never ability. It was access: unsupported payment methods, unclear banking options, unfamiliar technology, and opportunities they were never shown. I learned to navigate those systems the slow way. Now, alongside my paid work, I use free education, practical tools, and community outreach to help more people move forward without spending years piecing it all together alone.
Community outreach
Free sessions I started in my own community.
No waiting on funding or backing to begin. If it matters, you start with what you have.
Digital Empowerment
Practical digital and income skills for adults, so more people can earn and take part in the online economy.
STEAM Explorers
Hands-on STEAM sessions for kids, building curiosity and confidence in science, tech, engineering, arts, and math early.
The Wealth Circle
A free, Caribbean-first community for building modern, income-generating businesses.
Live Income Lab
Real income streams built live, mistakes and all. 20 weeks of back-to-back Q&A, and counting.
YouTube & blog
Straight, practical education on AI, systems, and digital income.
Free tools
Custom AI assistants and resources, free to use.
How I Help
Less Scattered. More Handled.
Three shifts that change how your business feels to run.
01
Proper online setup
A clear, credible online presence that reflects the business you want: website, profiles, booking and payment systems, built once and built right so the right people can find your business, understand your offers, and buy from you.
02
Simplify operations
One dashboard for clients, calendar, invoices, email and content. Your existing tools can connect into a system that actually rebooks and retargets, instead of seven tools duct-taped together.
03
Add AI & automation
Digital solutions like receptionists that handle messages, follow-ups, lead capture, routing and reminders that handle the busywork, so a missed call or message doesn’t mean a missed customer and income.
SIMPLE STEPS
We map what’s slipping · I build the system · You run it
We take an honest look at where time and money are leaking in your business right now. I implement the solutions you need, whether around the tools you already use, or standalone options. You get a simple system plus a walkthrough, so you & your team can actually use it.
The Payoff?
A more organized business and a smoother client experience. Fewer calls asking for basics, all your messages in one place, and follow-up that happens whether or not you remember to do it. You get to spend time the way you want.
Journey Snapshots
From a rum distillery to the hockey field and beyond, I’ve been lucky to dive into unique and rewarding experiences in my career and life. Here’s a peek at some of the moments and milestones that have shaped my journey.
Over the years I’ve had opportunities that allowed me to have an expanse of great and unique experiences in different industries and areas. I have a love and passion for many things, so you’ll probably always hear me mention at least some (business & entrepreneurship, the arts, sciences, languages, sports…and food!). Article: “Plantation Rum, a matter of the women!”
In March 2021 I had the amazing opportunity to be featured in this article about women in the rum industry; a very much male-dominated industry since the beginning, but women are paving their own way.

Article: “First Bonsucro certification in Barbados”
In my job at the distillery as Quality Controller (head of 3 laboratories), I was also the Lead Auditor (head of the internal auditing program and internal auditor team) and HACCP Coordinator (in charge of food safety and its certifications). Further to that, I was also in charge of all other company certifications (SMETA, BONSUCRO and more). I had the pleasure of leading the distillery to attain Barbados’ first BONSUCRO certification!

Articles: From My Field Hockey Days! Plus Other Sports Stuff
Oh to be agile again lol. While I used to have energy and love for a lot of sports (athletics, swimming, football/soccer, tennis, field hockey was my #1 love, and back in the day I made it all the way to the Barbados national team!) I only found a few articles online, but still decided to share.
