There was a time I was full of ideas, ambition, and talent, but couldn’t seem to break through the red tape and roadblocks of “the system.” Especially in the Caribbean, where the support that should exist often doesn’t.

In May 2024, I made a bold move to leave my role as Head of Operations Caribbean at a rapidly expanding company. Many asked, “Why?” The answer lies in a powerful pull that I could no longer ignore – a calling to help others on a larger scale. My diverse background in business, branding, marketing, science, sports, arts, and languages has equipped me with strategic problem-solving insights that have repeatedly saved companies significant costs within days or weeks of joining them, leading to their increased earnings.
