About
Systems, Strategy & Practical OpportunitiesI’m Teri. I left a six-figure Head of Operations role to chart my own path to help not just established businesses and organizations, but also the entrepreneurs, professionals, creators and everyday business owners who are often overlooked.
My work sits where strategy, systems, and technology meet: I find what’s costing you time, money, or opportunities and build the systems to fix it; ready-made or custom, with training so they actually get used. Got the vision but the “how” trips you up? That’s where I come in.
From hands-on systems for service businesses, established businesses and organizations to practical strategy, education and resources for people wanting to build something of their own, my work is about helping people operate more effectively and create better opportunities.
The story
How I got here.
My background spans science, operations, leadership, strategy, branding, and training; the kind of range that lets me spot what’s wrong fast and save you real time, money and unnecessary work.
Over the years I learned how hard it can be to access global tools, financial systems, and online opportunities from the Caribbean. I had to find workarounds, teach myself unfamiliar platforms, and build systems that accounted for the realities people here actually face.
Leaving corporate in 2024 was about applying all of this on a wider scale. Consulting, education, AI, and automation are parts of one mission: helping you turn potential into something practical.

Beyond the 1-on-1 work
Why the work goes beyond client projects.
For many people, the problem was never ability. It was access: unsupported payment methods, unclear banking options, unfamiliar technology, and opportunities they were never shown. I learned to navigate those systems the slow way. Now, alongside my paid work, I use free education, practical tools, and community outreach to help more people move forward faster without spending years piecing it all together alone.
Community outreach
Free sessions started in local communities.
No waiting on funding or backing to begin. If it matters enough, you start with what you have.
Digital Empowerment
Practical digital and income skills for adults, so more people can learn how to earn income, create leverage, and take part in the digital economy.
STEAM Explorers
Hands-on STEAM sessions for children so they naturally develop curiosity and confidence in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math from an early age.
The Wealth Circle
An online community for learning to build income streams & business; hosted on Skool.
Live Income Lab
Strategies & practical info for creating income streams. 20+ weeks of Q&A sessions you can learn from.
YouTube & Blog
Straight, practical education on AI, systems, digital tools, business and income streams.
Free tools

Who I work with
Three ways in, one goal.
1. Service businesses: Ready-to-go systems for enquiries, bookings, follow-up, and everyday operations.
2. Established Busineses & Organizations: Custom AI and automation for communication, workflows, routing, training, and internal systems.
3. Creators & professionals: Free education and practical resources for turning skills and ideas into structured income.
The way I work
What you can count on.
Integrity: I’ll tell you what’s worth doing and not, even when the answer isn’t the one you expected. No more wasting time & money.
Strategy, then execution: Insight only matters when something changes. I turn plans into working systems you and your team can actually use.
Built for your real life: Designed around your resources, tools, capacity, and goals, never forced onto your business from a template.
The Results
The work has evolved. The mission hasn’t.
My services have evolved over time and the ecosystem has expanded, but the commitment to helping people recognize and act on their potential is exactly the same.

Journey snapshots
From a rum distillery to the hockey field, and beyond…
I’ve been fortunate to dive into unique and rewarding experiences in my career and life. Here’s a peek at some of the moments and milestones that have shaped my journey.
Over the years I’ve had opportunities that allowed me to have an expanse of great and unique experiences in different industries and areas. I have a love and passion for many things, so you’ll probably always hear me mention at least some (business & entrepreneurship, the arts, sciences, languages, sports…and FOOD!).
Check out some journey highlights.
Article: “Plantation Rum, a matter of the women!”
In March 2021 I had the amazing opportunity to be featured in this article about women in the rum industry; a very much male-dominated industry since the beginning, but women are paving their own way.

Article: “First Bonsucro certification in Barbados”
In my job at the distillery as Quality Controller (head of 3 laboratories), I was also the Lead Auditor (head of the internal auditing program and internal auditor team) and HACCP Coordinator (in charge of food safety and its certifications). Further to that, I was also in charge of all other company certifications (SMETA, BONSUCRO and more). I had the pleasure of leading the distillery to attain Barbados’ first BONSUCRO certification!

Article: “WIRD Series I Research and Experimentation by Teri Alleyne – Ep.05”
I absolutely love all of my passions, from Image and Branding Consulting, Personal and Professional Development Consulting, to my work at a rum distillery! Have a look into part of my world at the distillery through this video from January 2021.
Article: “International Women’s Day – Nation News”
For International Women’s Day 2021, I had the honor of being one of the featured women in a nationnews.com article.

Articles: From My Field Hockey Days! Plus Other Sports Stuff
Oh to be agile again lol. While I used to have energy and love for a lot of sports (athletics, swimming, football/soccer, tennis, field hockey was my #1 love, and back in the day I made it all the way to the Barbados national team!) I only found a few articles online, but still decided to share.
